Scenarios most common for executive coaching include newly appointed leaders, catalyzing a high-potential leader’s growth and readiness, or focusing on a specific development skill.

The Clareo Coaching team utilizes a number of approaches and tools/assessments to help leaders bring clarity to strengths with the overall goal of developing an agile, well-balanced leader.

Personal & Life Coaching

The goal of personal or life coaching is to help clients clarify what they really are hoping to achieve and to develop specific action plans to achieve them.

The Clareo Coaching team uses multiple research-based approaches to help clients focus on the future and leverage existing personal strengths, rather than looking for a diagnosis and therapeutic solution as is the case for therapy. This is a key distinction between coaching and therapy.

Organizational Coaching

Unlike consulting, organizational coaching seeks to develop internal capabilities to sustain growth and changes.

After first clarifying goals, the Clareo Coaching team believes in a model of equipping leaders with the specific capabilities required to achieve set goals, providing support for leaders to develop strong competencies to reach the goals, and transitioning to an as-needed basis. Our goal is not to embed ourselves into the organization, developing an unhealthy dependency on our team.
